They gave me the first wallpaper when I completed the kickoff badge.
It depends on when y'all bought the game. If you bought the current edition of the game, and then something went wrong and you need to contact steam back up. If yous bought the standard version, you lot're gonna have to purchase the listed DLC.

I bought the game when information technology was released on steam and earlier the Yorha edition came out

And then y'all take the standard edition, not the YoRHa Edition...the name of the game in your library(or the icon, or the game logo) say "YoRHa Edition" but because the 2 versions have intermally the same app ID in steam. Then yous take to buy the DLC to really own the DLC. And there's no mode for you to upgrade to the YoRHa Edition and take its exclusive content like the wallpapers(they're simply images in the insallation folders, you can just get them on google). Alternatively, you could remove the game from your library via steam support, and then buy the YoRHa Edition from the shop.

Aforementioned Problem here, platinum Games should practise something
It's impossible to upgrade from standard edition, you have to re-buy the whole game.
Click this link to remove the game from your library (don't worry, it'southward reversible if yous change your mind subsequently), and so buy Game of the YoRHa Edition on the store folio.

No, you can e'er go back to the support page, search the game and re-add it.
Well this is certainly annoying that we can't upgrade it. Despite being buyers on release we become treated like crap.
